With the largest turn-out for a New Year’s Eve Rifle Match at Midland County Sportsman’s Club at seventeen (17) competitors my only reaction is WOW!
In F-Open with six (6) competitors, Cruz Stoneburner set the pace with a 400-32X. He was chased by Greg O’Connor with a 400-27X and Marcel Bollinger with a 400-26X.
In F-TR with eight (8) competitors, Seth Stoneburner was high with a 400- 28X. He was followed by Mike Boughner with a 398-23X and Richard Dixon with a 398-23X. Mike gets the nod with the greater last string.
For the Sling shooters we had Ray Gross finishing with a 399-24X firing a Palma Rifle, followed by a father son pair Kyle Matzelle with a 382-8X, and Al Matzelle with a 353-6X.
