10 Foul Weather

The Annual Foul Weather Rifle Match was held on November 27, 2010.  This year the weather wasn't as foul as expected.  It was cold, but sunny, and with winds that blew only occasionally.  On the whole, it was a nicer, and much shorter day than we experienced for the Halloween BSA Charity Match.

However, we still had a problem with keeping pasters on the targets.  We have to research "cold weather pasters" for next year.  I'm sure some company will warrant their pasters at 30 degrees.....

Only four shooters braved the day.  Leo Cebula was high Any Rifle shooter with a 396-26X.  He dropped all of his points in the first string, and finished the day with a 200-14X.  Frank Sinagra was the high F-TR shooter (he was the only F-TR shooter, but highest nonetheless) with a 373-6X.

Of note, we didn't have to use hand warmers, and my feet felt fine, even at the end of the day.

For those of you who didn't come out, the previous sentence was to make you feel bad.....

See ya' at the Snow Country.....
